Note: Modelled pic is in a different color and is used for reference to show the drape and look of the saree when worn.
Swallows and Peonies have a lot of symbolism in the Chinese culture. Besides their pleasing appearance, they are said to bring good luck and prosperity. These elements have been the inspiration for the Parsi Gara motifs.
The saree in Peachish-pink has a machine embroidered jaal in pastel hues. Winding floral veins adorn the saree with birds perched on top of them. The fabric is a flowy and dreamy georgette! It is ready to wear with falls and pico done. An unstitched blouse fabric is included.
Note: This is a machine embroidered saree and there will be loose threads on the reverse side running from one motif to another. This is a characteristic feature of dense work machine embroidery sarees and is not considered a defect.
