Sanganer, a small town on the outskirts of Jaipur, Rajasthan is famous for its namesake hand block prints. Practiced for centuries and patronized by the Royals from that region, these prints can be unmistakably identified by the colorful floral jaals and other Mughal inspired motifs.
This light and breathable Chanderi Cotton fabric is the canvas for "Block Prints" or "Chapai" that is completely done by stamping motifs on the fabric.
This saree comes in red shades, and is ready to wear with falls and pico done. An unstitched blouse fabric is included.
Note: This is a handmade item and there may be slight inconsistencies in the Hand Block Dye process. Colors displayed on screen may vary slightly from the actual product due to variation in screen settings and other factors.
