Celebrating the diversity of saree weaves from different parts of India, we present this Handwoven saree native to the North Eastern state of Manipur.
Set on thin and crisply starched cotton, dome shaped motifs grace both borders. An elaborate pallu features floral motifs set in the Jamdani style where heavier yarns are twisted and woven to create embossed motifs.
The saree is ready to wear with falls and pico done. This saree is woven in traditional looms and does not have a Blouse Piece. But with the splendor of colors in the pallu, it can be easily paired with a mix and match one.
Note: Colors displayed may vary from the actual product due to variation in screen settings. Note: Handwoven products made of pure natural fabrics are prone to slight inconsistencies such as in their weaving. Being characteristic they are not considered defects.
