A classic tale from Madurai, This classy cotton checks saree is manually dip dyed in beautiful black, left to dry along river banks and then starched for a crisp look.
It comes in a highly desirable dark shade and is decorated with a wide border in silver zari that flourishes on the dark base!

This traditionally woven piece does not include a blouse fabric but can be mixed and matched with other blouses to create your own combination.

NOTE: Dip Dye is a manual process and the saree is dried along river banks. Slight smudges of the dye or sand may be present. These are characteristics of an authentic saree and are not considered defects.

This saree is ready to wear with fall and pico done. Handmade silk tassels adorn the pallu and add more grace to it. An unstitched blouse fabric is included.
