Pochumpalli Ikkat has a long history and is a highly sought-after design these days. Crafting this fabric involves a 2 step process. In the first step, segments of silk yarn are carefully resist dyed in several different dyes one after the other. Then they are woven to yield beautiful and rigid geometric, Floral, deer and swan patterns using complex calculations. The saree that you have chosen is completely handwoven and comes in a beautiful shade of Red & Green!

The red tissue body of the drape features a contemporary geometric, floral, deer and swan design and a traditional Ikkat design near the red zari border. Crafted in luxurious tissue and silk, the saree with a soft shimmer casts its spell on one and all!

This saree is ready to wear with fall and pico done. Handmade silk tassels adorn the pallu and add more grace to it. An unstitched blouse fabric is included.
