This Heritage Kanjeevaram Pure Silk Weave is believed to have originated in the Chola Dynasty of Southern India, where art and culture greatly flourished. Its intricate motifs, sometimes inspired by nature and mythology, are a testament to its sophistication. Particularly popular are the Temple motifs, with their spiky appearance resembling the Thazhampoo or Pine Screw Flower motif. This Kanjeevaram saree in a vibrant shade is further embellished with zari motifs along the borders.
