The Tanchoi weave indeed has its origins in China and is known for its intricate patterns and luxurious texture created with pure satin silk yarns. Historically, the Tanchoi technique was developed in China and later brought to India, particularly to Varanasi, where it was adapted to suit local tastes and craftsmanship.

This beautiful saree comes  in pinkish mauve and features diagonal zari patterns and a gorgeous pallu.
